The IGEN Global Civil Society Organisation is delighted to announce the IGEN SDG Recognition Medal 2026, dedicated to the UN SDG Campaign – Global Goals Week 2026, celebrating individuals who have demonstrated meaningful commitment and contribution towards the 17 Sustainable Development Goals.

🌱 One Institution • 17 SDGs • 17 Contributors • One Global Commitment

We invite all IGEN Green Sustainability Partner Institutions to nominate deserving staff members and students representing each of the 17 SDGs. The Principal/Institution will select 17 contributors, one for each SDG based on the internal evaluation process.
🏅 Selected contributors will receive the IGEN SDG Recognition Medal 2026 during the

IGEN GREENDAY 2026 Offline Celebration at Chennai on 22 October 2026.
📌 Key Timeline
• Staff & Students – Nominate
• Principal/Institution – Select 17 Contributors through evaluation
• 10 October 2026 – Submit nominations to IGEN
• 22 October 2026 – Recognition at IGEN GREENDAY 2026, Chennai
